Masitinib (AB1010) is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of mast cell tumours in dogs. It is a potent, orally bioavailable, and selective inhibitor of c-Kit, PDGFR, FGFR3, and FAK pathways with IC50 values of 150 ± 80 nM, 200 ± 40 nM, and 1.2 μM for c-Kit, PDGFRα, and FGFR3 respectively. Masitinib has also been shown to inhibit stem cell factor receptor (c-kit) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR).

Uses:
